Tom's passion for construction developed at an early age. He was born into the construction industry and worked for a family business all through school. After graduating from college, Tom joined the company full time and started from the bottom up. Inspired by his father and grandfather, Tom worked hard progressing up through the ranks to eventually becoming General Manager.
His vast work experience covers a broad range of construction disciplines from industrial, commercial and residential developments. With well over 30 years in the construction industry, Tom is now the owner of his Sesa Management Group Inc. where he proudly continues to honor his family work ethics and principles.
